Q: What needs to happen to qualify for the plan benefits?
A: After making a one-time nominal payment with your funeral/cremation plan purchase, members are eligible for benefits. The plan member’s next-of-kin must call us first, rather than calling other funeral homes or cremation providers in the event of a death.
Q: Is there an annual renewal fee?
A: No, this is a one-time, lump sum fee that doesn’t expire and is guaranteed
throughout the life of our prepaid funeral or cremation plan.
